Hope. Dangles on a string. Does it now?
While the world continues to suffer, there is still some small evidence of hope.
We may not see it, but still there is hope for all.
From the smallest acts of kindness, to the big humanitarian efforts, hope yet exists.
There is hope, humanity. We need to do something about expanding that hope. We need to bring it further. Take it to the next level.
We can if we just believe that we can.
The world yet turns around.
Meanwhile, here in Malaysia everyone is all abuzz over the numerous events that have taken place.
While across the globe, the world community is worried about more serious matters, like the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
Seriously, don’t we see the bigger picture?\
Every day I read the papers, I’m inclined to put it down and stop reading it.
It makes me feel sad to see the state of the world now.
Seriously, why do we do all this? We steal, we kill, we frame, we blame, we torture, we lie, we suffer, we this, we that… it’s getting on my nerves.
And everyone denies his or her part.
What gives, Humanity?
Maverick Law out.
“The best men are not often kings.”
True enough, royalty doesn’t always have to offer the fine or kind things in Life.
Something prompted me to return to my blog. I am not really sure why, but still I’ve decided to make a comeback.
Hopefully I’ll have more posts up and running soon enough.
In the meantime, a humble prayer to the people of Japan as they struggle to face the troubles that plague them. May they overcome these challenges and pull through!
Maverick Law signing out.
Repent from what?
I’ll be with you on this subject soon. Keep your eyes peeled!
It’s been a VERY long time since I last blogged. Again. Another long hiatus, another long void of writing nothing. Sigh. With so much to do nowadays, one can only write so much.
At least I can still do so. Hopefully I can get this blog back on track.
No, it’s not about having fun at the beach. I’m talking about the weather here.
It’s a SCORCHER!!!
How’s anyone gonna survive this kind of natural onslaught? What with the amount of UV rays that are bombarding our skin. Man, what a bummer.
It’s sad how things are changing so fast. Especially with our growing demand for more, and our efforts to ruin dear Mother Nature. We’re all at fault.
What’s next? Extreme heat stroke throughout the country? Or even the world? I shudder to think.
Stay cool out there, readers!
I have a thought: when we do something others think we’re wrong, are we actually justified in our stance over the fact we are right? Are we always right anyway?
I haven’t a clue, really. Sometimes, what we believe is right may actually be otherwise. It’s not about what other people may think, but in the end, we may just come to the conclusion that what we thought was correct is actually the total opposite. Sucks, doesn’t it?
The notion isn’t really confusing. It’s just that sometimes we change our minds on certain things almost spontaneously. We’re just like that – anything goes, right?
Maverick logging off.
Well, what with the changing world, can we still say we’re going on the right track? I mean, we’ve been busying ourselves with our own lives we fail to see those around us need our help too. We’re becoming more decadent with our lives, and there isn’t any way we can change that! Is there a way? There should be.
If we want to create a harmonious world for everyone to live in, then we should drop all we’re doing and take the hands of our fellow men and women, working together side by side for a new dawn in Life.
That’s why we’re here, aren’t we? We have purpose to live – so let’s make our purpose to serve our God and ourselves for a brighter tomorrow.
Incidentally, I noticed I’ve been preaching a lot on the ‘greater good’ of us. What do you think of what I say about it? Leave me a line about it, OK?
Maverick bids you good day.
